The Enhanced Access Service offers appointments on Weekday Evenings and Saturdays to patients registered at the surgeries below:

To book into an appointment, please contact your registered practice and request an appointment during enhanced access service hours. If you are a patient of the one of the above surgeries, but are unable to contact them, you can call NHS 111 where advisors will help you get the care you need. The call handler may refer you to an appointment at one of our Enhanced Access Service Hubs.

We provide pre-booked routine appointments for patients on weekday evenings and weekends
To book an appointment, please contact your registered GP Practice. They will book you an appointment and provide you with the details.

Belmont Surgery
Who can you see?
You can pre-book an appointment with a:

Advanced Nurse Practitioner
Practice Nurse
Health Care Professionals
All our staff will provide you with the highest level of care.
Clinical staff are a mix of staff from Federation member practices.
Please contact your surgery to make your appointment (or amend / cancel) during normal surgery hours.

In a medical emergency please call 999
If someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk please call 999
In a non-life-threatening medical emergency
If it's not a life-threatening emergency and you or the person you're with doesn't need immediate medical attention, please call 111.
